I mentioned before that I am a plus size when it comes to brassier. We got it from our mom who was blessed with a big breast. I started with cup B when I was in high school and now I am wearing cup C. Finding a lingerie that fits can be frustrating at times.

Large Lingerie available here in the country does not offer the support I need. And for other women out there who has the same dilemma as mine, here are some tips on how to choose the right Brassiere for you.
Know your exact size. Measuring your bra size is very easy. You just need a tape measure and a simple chart to know your size. While wearing a bra, measure you rib cage under the band of your bra then jot it down to a paper. Add 5 inches to it if it is under 33, add 3 if it is 33 and up, this will be your bra size. Then measure the fullest part of your breast, jot it down an compare the bra size to the measurement of the fuller part of your breast. This will determine your bra cup. If the difference is 1, your size is a, 2 for B, 3 for C, difference of 4 is D and so on.
Know your style. There are different bra styles such as under wire, non wire, full cup, sporty bra etc. Know what is most comfortable to your lifestyle. If you have a bigger size like, you will need a bigger support, thus invest on wired brassieres.
Also take into consideration other factors such as side support, minimizers and push up which can make you look really good without comprising your comfort.
